The signature 001 Collection Italian sky blue suede catches eyes as you strut past. The backs are trimmed with a strip of black saffiano patent leather for a hint of shine. Your feet are cushioned by the blue suede insole and superior cushion. The 4-inch (100mm) flat black "gommato" heel adds a striking contrast between 3 eye catching textures.
